General Terms and Conditions
We will deliver either a computer with the ipOFTP software installed for transferring files over the Internet using OFTP.

  • Raspberry Pi computer
  • SD card with ipOFTP software installed
  • Power adapter and monitor cable

Or we install the server software on a provided Unix server.

The included software is customized for the supplied computer and can only be used with this device.

Parts of the ipOFTP software are stored in plain text on the SD card or on the Unix server. These files can be customized by the buyer for their own purposes. The use of these program files is only permitted with the provided computer.

The buyer must check the suitability and functionality of the supplied computer and the supplied ipOFTP software for their intended use. The seller is not liable for any damages incurred by the buyer while using the ipOFTP software.

If the buyer decides that ipOFTP is not suitable for them, they can withdraw from the purchase within 3 months.

The place of jurisdiction is the seller's registered office.
